# Components:

01 - 1 cup apple cider, chilled
02 - 1/2 cup ginger beer, chilled, non-alcoholic
03 - 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for garnish
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
05 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional, adjusted to taste

# Method:

01 - In a pitcher or cocktail shaker, add apple cider, caramel sauce, lime juice, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the caramel.
02 - Fill two copper mugs or glasses generously with crushed ice.
03 - Pour the apple cider mixture evenly between the prepared mugs.
04 - Add ginger beer to each mug and stir gently to mix.
05 - Drizzle extra caramel sauce over each drink. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
