01 - Peel, core, and chop the pears; set aside. Carefully scrape seeds from the vanilla bean.
02 - Add chopped pears, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla bean seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ice cubes to a blender container.
