11 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup; stir to coat evenly. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring once, until golden and fragrant. Let cool completely to crisp up.
02 - In each serving bowl, spoon 1 cup of yogurt. Swirl in honey and vanilla if using.
03 - Top each bowl with half the berries and a generous sprinkle of spiced crunch. Serve immediately, with extra spiced crunch on the side if desired.
