01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, toss chicken with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
03 - Evenly spread the barbecue chicken mixture over the flatbreads, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and red onion over the top of the chicken.
05 - Bake flatbreads on the center rack for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are slightly crisp.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, slice into squares, and serve immediately.
